Trying to Locate info on my 2nd Great Grandmother Alsace

Looking for birth and family info on Marie Anne (Ott) Demange - born 28 Sept 1833 in Saverne, bas rhin, France.
I know that she sailed for America in 1872 aboard the Holsatia and arrived in New York, New York 7 Nov 1872.

She sailed or at least arrived in NEW YORD using the name Mary Ott, but I have found her in later documents as Marie Ann again. So not sure!

I am specifically looking for confirmation of birth date - as well as her parents and if she was in fact married, when/where etc.
