The Weber family in Alsace

Hello!

I have been trying to trace my great grandafather Charles Henry Augustus Weber (born around 1863) for many years without any luck. We know on his marriage certificate his father was Charles Weber. It is believed that they moved to Alsace from berlin at some point just after his birth. We are not sure of his mothers name although my grandmother is believed to be named after her: Marguirite. Is there a record of residents in Alsace around 1865 onwards? I would love to share more insight of my grandmothers side with her before it is too late.
