You have some good information.

It shouldn't be too hard to check the records and find out who Theobald Einhorn's parents and grand parents were.

If you don't have his birthdate, it might take a bit longer because you'll have to look over 10-20 years because you're guessing.

But at least you know which village and that is the biggest and most important piece of the puzzle.
