Looking for my Grandmothers place of birth Alsace Lorraine the town or any relatives living still there?

Her name was Gertrude Raffionne married a man from Indiana,USA his name was William H Wilkerson.
Lived in North Vernon, Indiana, USA. They had three childern two boys and one girl. I am her grandaughter Lisa Wilkerson McCauley. Didnt know anything about her except she was from that area my dad had mentioned. I would think she was born in 1800's. If you can help me find out anything about her life in Alsace Lorraine that would be so helpful.
