Looking for anyone with Dietrich surname

My great-great grandfather, John Jacob Dietrich, was born in Schleithal in 1849. He immigrated to the US (alone) in 1871. Though his mother passed away when he was 12, I’m certain he left his father, Jacques, behind, and probably siblings too. I’d love to know if I still have distant relatives living there.
