If you google Alsace birth records, you should find the right place to do it.

Here's the tricky part, you start with the name of the town or village. If you don't have that, it's hard to get started because there are 1000s of villages here.

It helps if you can read French and German, and it's mostly handwritten - which makes it a little more challenging.
