Dosmann or Tschirhart lineage in Bas-Rhin

Hello! Spending a month in Alsace France and Germany in October 2025 and we are planning on heading to Eckwersheim/Strasbourg in Alsace, as this is where I can trace my Tschirhart and Dosmann lineage to, along with an area called Pfettisheim. I have been able to go back to early 1700’s for Nicholus Dosmann and early 1800’s for Francois Joseph Tschirhart. The Tschirhart linage came to Canada and eventually to Minnesota (my father’s line) and spelling changed to Tischart (my maiden name). Anyone with local Alsace knowledge of how to find out more while we are there?
