Deceased sibling in 1966

I lived in Metz 1965 to 1967. Canadian RCAF 1 Air Division. Base at Chateau de Mercy. Mother miscarried August 1966. Looking for resting place. Have checked Choloy Cemetary with no luck. Figure must have been a funeral and grave. Am not sure if miscarriage was at a French hospital or base hospital. Looking for guidance for death records for that location and time frame.
