Yeah, it happens... You'll probably need a few family fun ideas if you're bringing the kids. Somehow wine tasting and 15th century city walls just aren't as fascinating to them. You can still all have a good time! Most of the things we do for family fun in Alsace are activities I would probably want to do even if we didn't have the kids with! Most of the educational history activities in Alsace... Unfortunately... are in French and occasionally in German. So you're going to either have to give your own kid-friendly history tours... Or...do something else. There are, however, plenty of things that kids find interesting in Alsace Even if they don't speak French... And ours don't so I'm pretty sure about that!
