One Night in Alsace

I live in Geneva and would really love to take my (French) boyfriend to Alsace.

Unfortunately because of work we could only go on a Saturday and stay one night. We could drive, if it's best?

Do you have any recommendations of the best way to get a good flavour of the wine route, where would be a good place to stay and a really good restaurant in the area?

Hopefully you can help :)

Oh that is not easy...the best one thing to do in Alsace...

But that's why I created the site! So you can decide for yourself what to do : )

The hotel part shouldn't be too difficult. I've got everything well organized there at Find a Hotel in Alsace

A lot of people who have a very limited time in Alsace hire me as a tour guide to get a good overview of the region.

Or if you're a do it yourself type of girl, there's the website or my first guide book which has a ton of great info on northern Alsace.

I think whatever you decide, you'll probably have to come back again!
